What We Are Looking For

  • A candidate with stellar customer service skills, attention to detail and someone who is proactive with good problem-solving abilities.
  • A candidate committed to helping auto accident/general negligence victims with their claims.
  • Having prior experience as a case manager/paralegal for a plaintiff pre-litigation department/PIP process is a PLUS.

Your duties will include but are not limited to: opening and working with client files and documents in our firm’s case management software, requesting medical records and other documentation in support of the claim, using Lexis to obtain pertinent information on parties and witnesses, contacting investigators as needed, communicating with clients and adjusters, and providing overall quality client care.
