Larry is a passionate baseball fan and has attended games at 23 different major league stadiums and five minor league parks. A life-long Detroit Tigers fan, he still has a piece of the Tiger Stadium outfield grass from the 1984 World Series clincher in his freezer. He also attends games for the Detroit Lions, Pistons, and Red Wings and is passionate about University of Michigan football. He loves to attend concerts and was lucky to see The Who and The Rolling Stones in back to back nights in Las Vegas a few years back.
Larry spends all of his spare moments outside of work with his wife, a physician, and their three children. He did not miss a single one of his children’s school concerts, sporting activities, or dance recitals. His two older children graduated with high honors from Michigan State University and his youngest son is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan and will continue there for a master’s degree. His middle son completed his second year the University of Michigan Law School.
The family enjoys spending their winter breaks in San Diego and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and South America over the last few years. Future trips and family vacations are in the works. Larry credits his parents for encouraging him to attend law school and teaching him how to be a skillful and ethical litigator.
