Our client was driving on a Detroit area highway when his vehicle was struck by another vehicle. He pulled off the highway onto the shoulder to exchange information and to wait for police to arrive at the scene. Another motorist was not paying attention and drove onto the shoulder, striking his vehicle, and him. He was transported by ambulance to a local emergency department for serious orthopedic injuries caused by the accident.
