Want to know what happens after you submit our online form?

1. Quick Follow Up with You

A Buckfire Law team member will contact you shortly, usually within an hour during normal business hours. If after hours, we will contact the following morning.

2. Our First Contact

We will ask questions to see if we can help you, such as

  • The date and location of the incident
  • The type of injury or harm suffered by you or a loved one
  • A description of what happened to cause the injury
  • They medical treatment you’ve had through today
  • If you have names of witnesses, photos, videos, or other important evidence.

3. Attorney Review

Your answers to our questions will be presented to an experienced attorney to evaluate if you have a claim. The attorney may call you for additional information.

4. Hiring Buckfire Law

If we can help, we will text or email you our fee agreement to review and sign. We can also send an investigator to your house or medical facility for you to sign up.

If you prefer to in person, we will gladly set up a meeting. Just let us know your preference.

5. We Get to Work

Once you sign, we immediately assign an attorney and case manager to your case. They will:.
