National Brain Injury Caregivers Conference 2008
Michigan Brain Injury Patients Sexually Assaulted by Therapist
Our law firm was proud to participate in this year's Michigan Brain Injury Conference in Lansing, Michigan this week. The 27th Annual Conference was held by the Michigan Brain Injury Association, a tremendous organization devoted to the treatment and advocacy of brain injured patients and their families. There were over 900 attendees at the conference and the featured speaker was Bob Woodruff, the ABC correspondent who suffered a brain injury while reporting from the war in Iraq.
Buckfire & Buckfire, P.C. had a sponsor table at the event. Daniel Buckfire, Robert Lantzty, and Thomas Economy attended the event and met many great people at the conference. The firm handed out its famous Order of Priority Charts for determining Michigan No-Fault Benefits and promoted our book, "The Ultimate Michigan Car Accident Handbook." The interest in the book and the demand for copies was tremendous.

The insurance company refused to pay my benefits. Mr. Buckfire filed a lawsuit against them and made them pay every penny that they owed... Every time I see my doctor, I thank her again for the referral to Buckfire & Buckfire.

Because of his efforts, we proved that the other driver was at fault and the driver's insurance company paid a significant settlement for our injury claims... Hiring his firm to represent my son and myself was the best decision I could have possibly made. Many thanks for the great work.

My husband died when a truck left the roadway and struck him. He was off the shoulder of the roadway helping another motorist pull his car out of a snow bank The work that they did helped me settle my Michigan wrongful death case for $1,600,000.00. Their knowledge of law was second to none and they hired the best experts to prove my case.
