Liquor Store Settles Drunk Driving Accident Case
Drunk Driver Injures Michigan Road Worker
A Kalamazoo drunk driving accident has resulted in an arrest but no injuries. Police say that a suspected drunk driver crashed into a parked police car and then fled. Police caught up with truck and arrested the driving for drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident. The police car was seriously damaged but fortunately there were no injuries.
Accidents like this one remind everyone of the need to drink responsibly or use a designated driver. This accident could easily have turned into a tragedy if someone were killed or seriously injured. If someone had been injured, Michigan No Fault law would provide that person with payments for medical expenses and other expenses. In fact, even if the driver who was drinking and fled the scene of an accident was injured, Michigan No Fault benefits would still be available to him.

The insurance company refused to pay my benefits. Mr. Buckfire filed a lawsuit against them and made them pay every penny that they owed... Every time I see my doctor, I thank her again for the referral to Buckfire & Buckfire.

Because of his efforts, we proved that the other driver was at fault and the driver's insurance company paid a significant settlement for our injury claims... Hiring his firm to represent my son and myself was the best decision I could have possibly made. Many thanks for the great work.

My husband died when a truck left the roadway and struck him. He was off the shoulder of the roadway helping another motorist pull his car out of a snow bank The work that they did helped me settle my Michigan wrongful death case for $1,600,000.00. Their knowledge of law was second to none and they hired the best experts to prove my case.
